“LC Tech RescuePRO saved me from having to do a full commercial reshoot. I am a professional full-time commercial photographer. I mistakenly didn’t transfer files to my hard drive and my back up hard drive as I thought I had and formatted the memory card. The day of my deadline I realized my error and was already formulating a plan to do a reshoot. Then I remembered that my new SanDisk Extreme PRO SD card came with a two year trial of LC Tech’s RescuePRO. I was able to recover my files form the formatted SD card and submit my project on time to my client. Thank you LC Tech”

“Whew – it’s been a stressful two days since I inadvertently deleted video from a new SD card. I sweat it out and tried a few online solutions, as well as tech support where I work, but nothing helped. Files could be “seen”, just not recovered. I called last Tuesday and started my conversation with tech support. To make a long story short, after about 30 minutes of support the tech explained he could not fix my issue, you were also closing soon which was emphasized and transferred me to Rico.

“This company rocks!
I had a panicked client, to say the least… a thumb drive containing work for multiple classes had failed during finals week.
I tried what I could, including data recovery software, reflowing the controller chip that had a couple of bad contacts, but couldn’t get any data.
SanDisk recommended LC-Technology as I waited to hear back from my usual data recovery company.
Called LC-Technology in the afternoon (day 1) and Rachel answered the phone and assured me that she would put a rush on it.
Overnighted the thumb drive to Rachel and it was received the next day (day 2).

“LC Technology’s RescuePro Software Lives Up To Its Name!
Rico solved the mystery of my missing folder!
In the morning, I was in a complete panic.
My computer crashed and when I restarted it, I realized that a folder on a flash drive attached to the computer ‘went missing.’
The folder contained critical documents that I had not backed up.
At first, from past experience, thought I had just inadvertently moved the folder into an adjacent folder, but could not find it.
Then, thinking that the crash somehow damaged or deleted the folder, I started searching for potential means of recovery and assistance in that process.
To make a long story short, I found the RescuePro software and was connected to Rico, a technical support representative.
After explaining the situation, he expeditiously determined that I had inadvertently renamed the folder, something I had never done before.
Without Rico’s help, likely I would still be wondering what to do and not getting my work done.

“I am so grateful to have my 740 pictures back thanks to the RescuePro software! I wanted others to know this software works; you need to buy it after using the trial version and scan again for the files to actually transfer to your hard drive. I used my microSD to store a year’s worth of pictures on my Galaxy 7 phone, and one day my phone (and PC) stopped acknowledging the card existed, much less had any files on it! After trying a couple of clunky trial versions of other software with no luck, RescuePro found my files before asking me to pay for them. Great product, and great feeling to have recovered them!”

“I cant say enough good things about the help I received today from LC Tech. I had a need for software company to rescue me from a catastrophic loss of digital files that were gone after an accidental format of my SD card. LC Tech software, RescuePro Deluxe, came to my aid. The Tech, Rico, was amazing and helped me recover ALL OF MY LOST FILES! If that is not proof positive that they ROCK, I don’t know what is. When in need, look to LC Tech!”

“Y’all. So there I was, shooting a boudoir session with a client from out of town. This session was quickly becoming a favorite. The client and I were hitting it off and this total stranger became a model right before my eyes. Then, 15 minutes before we were finished, the card FAILED. The card was a 32 G SanDisk. 3 weeks old, if that. I also had a newborn session on this from a few days prior that I hadn’t even moved to my computer yet. In the ten years of business, this had never happened to me. I was definitely immune this issue, right? You hear about it, but nah – bruh.
Not me. Not this photographer.
Y’all. I was not immune! It happened.
So I tried their software, and it couldn’t see my images but the good news is it could see my card. I get online, and call my girl, Rachel.
“Yo Rachel, this happened (I explain)”.
She’s like “Girl. I got you. Mail that card to me. Protect it from water (like put it in a little baggy) and make sure it’s in a box or something so it can’t be damaged further.”
I was all “Yasss, queen.”
So I express priority this thing over to them. Mailman got it there by 10:55am the next day. I emailed Rachel with the tracking and she immediately checked in with me. SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Then Rico emails me a day later. These guys told me they’d get me an answer by Friday. Psh. I mailed it Monday, it arrived Tuesday, and I got answers by Wednesday.
Rico’s all “Hey I got family and newborn imagery on this card” and I’m like “but… the boudoir session” and he’s like “Yeah, girl. I got you.”
and I’m all “HELL YES RICO! GOLD STARS, MY MAN!”
Wish I made more because honestly I would like to buy these two a yacht or something.
So if you’re wondering if it’s worth it, even if you don’t get your images back, that customer service is so worth the price they charge and they don’t even charge you if they can’t recover your images. Like, WHAAAT?!
So do the damn thing.

“I got the RescuePRO DELUXE with the purchase of SanDisk SD card and don’t think I will need it.
Last Sunday, after taking 100+ photos from party, the card was unintentionally formatted.
On Monday, I tried to install the RescuePRO software by following what was said on the instructions but got error messages so I send email to LC-TECH.
At my surprise, I got the promptly reply from their service center, Evan Smithers returned my email with crystal clear instructions to follow, step by step in details and wow, the software recovered most of our photos, even not all but we are happy.
Not only the software that gave us the relief but LC-TECH’s personal that greatly helped us to recover what we value.

“My SD CompactFlash card somehow got corrupted.
It was a SanDisk and was eligible for the RescuePRO software.
SanDisk authorized a copy of RescuePRO Deluxe and provided an authorization code.
Surprisingly, Rachel, a rep from the LC Technology International, the parent company for RescuePRO, contacted me by email to offer her help as I installed and used the software.
Unsolicited, she sent me very good instructions on how to use the software, along with caveats that the software may NOT be able to recover my photo files.
I downloaded the software and followed the protocols.
It was not at all difficult.
I was lucky. The RescuePRO Software found all of my files and downloaded them to a Recovered folder it placed on my hard drive under Documents.
All 430 of my files! I am thrilled.
I called the rep to report my good fortunate and thank her for her efforts.
Definitely worthwhile.

“Over a holiday weekend visiting our 3-yr-old twin grandchildren, I took lots of digital pix using a SanDisk memory card in my Nikon CoolPix S9600 camera. To my horror, I accidentally deleted all the images I had shot over two days.
I first contacted SanDisk, and they quickly put me in touch with LC Technology.
Rachel Zimmerman was particularly patient and helpful.
She steered me to one of her LC tech colleagues, and he walked me through the activation and file-search process.

“Saved the day after accidentally formatting video on a Panasonic GH5S.

I was using Final Cut Pro X and had assumed all my video had been imported. I had formatted my SD card in my Panasonic GH5S and then found out I was missing a lot of video content. RescuePRO Deluxe was able to scan and recover all my video.

Note for each mov file it had recovered 2 files. 1 with the header (movie length info) and another with the video content. I had to simply stitch the 2 together (EG copy /b file2.mov+file1.mov recovered.mov) to recover the actual mov file.

Super happy I was able to recover all my video footage.”

“3 days before my final project was due, my thumb drive got corrupted and I lost all of the files I needed to complete my semester.
I worked so diligently all semester for this project.
After a very understandable mental break-down, I took the USB to my college’s IT Services and they explained to me that formatting the USB would erase everything and that they couldn’t help me.
I drove two hours to my hometown to take the USB to my computer guy and after hours of working on it, nothing.
The next day, he traveled to his friend’s house to have him work on it, nothing.

“I had filled a 32 GB cf card with wildlife photos. When I got to my computer and put the card in the reader, the identifier was “ALOS_@ICIPAH” Clicked on that and was told there was nothing on the card. Called these guys for help and Rico Mosiello guided me through a software install which would normally be easy, except for all the junk I had on my computer. He guided me through clearing up my computer and a successful install. The software recovered all of my RAW images at full size and resolution. I got an email from Rico asking me if the install had recovered my data. Prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service. Great software. “Having had a superb holiday of over three weeks in Florida enjoying my hobby I was disappointed when the disk failed whilst there. On my return I sought assistance from a local company who failed to open the disk so they tried a specialist with whom they have had previous contact who, in turn, also failed to retrieve the pictures. “I am compelled to recognize and praise technician/wizard Rico, who succeeded in fixing video files recovered from a SanDisk SD card.
The warnings about video files being difficult to recover are, sadly, absolutely true.
The RescuePro software recovered only a fraction of the files that were on the card before I formatted it (yes, I brought this situation on myself), and then none of the recovered files were viewable/workable.
Rico worked for days to fix the files, so I ended up with some of my erased footage, rather than absolutely none.

My advice: double-check you have downloaded ALL the footage from your cards before formatting! And don’t be in a hurry to format, even if you aspire to be very organized and have all your gear ready to head out again at a moment’s notice.

“I have always trusted the brand SanDisk.
Being a Wedding Filmmaker, dependability is key.
This past weekend, I was filming a wedding; the ceremony to be specific, and right during the vows by battery died.
This was a first for me. I am a stickler on making sure myself and my second shooters have a full battery– always before the ceremony.
Later that night when I got home to back up my footage, I quickly raced to see if the file was there.
After discovering that it was, there was somewhat of a relief, but I quickly learned that the file was corrupted.
