How It Works

1. Complete Form

Fill out the Send-In form below, print it out, and include it with your drive.

2. Package Drive

Package your drive in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations for shipping hard drives. Mark the package as “containing Electronic Media—do not expose to magnetic fields.”

3. Ship Package

Send your drive(s) to our Clearwater, FL office by FedEx or another reputable courier service that allows for package tracking. We ask that you insure your shipment and double-check the address before shipping. LC Technology is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in shipping.

4. Repair Begins

When we receive your drive, we’ll get to work assessing the damage. We’ll reach out to you with a plan, and if you give us the go-ahead, we’ll get to work rescuing your files.

Hard Drive Recovery

$750 / & up
  • Logical/file system damage recovery begins as low as $750.
  • Due to the precise nature of hard drive recovery and the variety of issues we may encounter, hard drive recovery service pricing will vary depending on the type of damage found during our initial evaluation.
  • Additional charges will apply for RAID arrays and hard drives that have been opened.
  • There is a non-refundable flat fee of $100 per drive for evaluation. If you choose to proceed, the fee is applied to your recovery costs.
